At Milano Di Rouge, we strive for excellence in every garment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery for store credit or size swaps.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit or exchange to be processed and issued via email.
